  Box combo was very filling! Just visiting Reno. Woo hoo I will tell the bus about this place. We are visiting by way of a friends suggestion.

  I will never be returning to raising Cane's(any location) after this last experience. The customer service was great, the food on the other hand left me with food poisoning and throwing up two hours after finishing my meal. I would dismiss it if it was the first time but it's happened to me at other raising canes locations(in Las vegas) and now this one here in reno. I will probably never be returning to raising Cane's after this experience though.

  Heard all the hype about Raising Cane'S being better than KFC, Popeyes and Chil-Fil-A. The latter being a bold statement.
  Nice small menu kind of like In-n-out keeping it simple. It literally is just different servings of chicken fingers. We got the box deal and the chicken sandwich. It comes with a couple of sides depending on which box u get.
  The food quality is really good. The chicken is delicious and juicy which was great. The fries were crispy just how I like it. Coleslaw was nothing special - had to pay 99cents for a small container,not worth it. The special sauce is really good but charge 39cents for extra ones.
  Staff was friendly and even offered me a job.
  Sweet tea was good also.
  Would give 5 stars if they didn't charge so much for small sauce sides.

  Chicken Tenders? Fantastic Bread? If you said Yes! To any of these two questions then I must tell you your in the right place for both, from the moment you walk in your not only in a great place but your in a atmosphere where your not just a customer but your a visitor to your local family. Canes employees treat every guest as a family member and that's one of the reason why I think they have such a wonderful following, after being introduced to this establishment about two years ago I feel like everytime I come in, I will receive not just the same hospitality but the open arms of the Canes family and for that I thank you all.
  
  One of the only things I'd recommend for this location, I understand that the staff wipe down the tables but I would recommend them to wipe down the seats as well, there was a few pieces of chicken and garbage on the seats I chose today when the family an I went there earlier but it might have been just missed as your establishment was busy with happy customers. I feel like if it was slow an the place was like this then I would consider dropping a star or two but they did have a staff sweeping and wiping down counters, trashcans, as well as other tables as guest were leaving.
  
  I'd highly recommend this location as well as their others around the Reno Valley. I appreciate and happy to see a location so close and so convenient. Thank you Raising Canes

  Love the quality of their chicken strips....and their Sweet Tea is great for s fast food joint.
